Berry Groove & Floetic's Workshop

Berry-Groove:

Anthony Berry aka Berry Groove was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley, California. During his junior year of high school he was introduced to Jackie Lopez and Leigh Foaad. He began training with Jackie and Leigh in various street style dances, and his commitment led him to be one of the original members of Versa-Style Next Generation starting in 2009. Since then, Anthony has become a movement artist for Versa-Style Dance Company in 2011, along with also being Versa-Style’s Merchandise Manager and one of the Co-Directors for Versa-Style Next Generation. He has performed, taught and battled all over the world, primarily in the dance styles of Hip Hop, waacking and house, and he puts his heart and soul into every performance, class and battle he participates in.

Floetic:

Milagritos “Floetic” Godina is a versatile Latina street dance artist from East LA and has been dancing professionally for four years. She joined the Versa-Style Street Dance Company youth program, Versa-Style Next Generation, in 2016, where she received training in House, HipHop, Whacking, Locking, Popping and more. In 2023 she was asked to be a principal dancer of Versa-Style’s professional B Company, Versa-Style Legacy.  Now part of Versa-Style Legacy, she shares her passion for street dance through performances, teaching, and media. As a teaching artist, she emphasizes healing, self-empowerment, and self-expression, teaching the history and movement of street dance to help students connect deeply with their art. Additionally, she supports Versa-Style's digital media and marketing efforts, promoting their mission widely as the assistant in digital media and marketing.
