Ismael's Workshop

Ismael Monter has always had a passion for dance since a young age. From joining his middle school team “All Stars”, he continued his love for dance in high school with the Oxnard Dance Drill team and became the team captain for the all-male dance team. After graduating, he stepped away from dance as the pandemic ensued. It wasn’t until he joined Faction in 2021 and met Wayne and Zauriel that the spark was reignited. In 2022, he joined EP’s adult team, OxChord, and was then given the opportunity to direct Walkmen this past year.
